• Estimated Pay Rate: Approximately $65/hour (subject to final confirmation)

Job Overview

We are seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) for a temporary contract assignment at the St. Louis Forensic Treatment Center (FTC). This role is based in a secure forensic psychiatric inpatient environment and is ideal for RNs with prior experience in psychiatric, forensic, or correctional healthcare settings.

Required Qualifications (Non-Negotiable)

Candidates must meet all requirements below:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (Missouri or compact)
• Minimum 1 year of RN experience in a:
  • Psychiatric
  • Forensic
  • Correctional setting
• Minimum 1 year of travel or contract RN experience
• Comfortable working in a secure forensic behavioral health environment

Note: Candidates without psychiatric or correctional experience will not be considered.

Identification & Background

• Missouri MACHS fingerprinting
• Family Care Safety Registry check
• Law enforcement background authorization

Health & Screening

• 10-panel drug and alcohol screening

• 2-step TB (PPD)

• Use of Electronic Resources Agreement
• Staff Member Information Update

• Prior experience with DMH, state hospitals, or correctional facilities
• Open to working nights and weekends
• Strong attendance and reliability
• Able to commit through the full assignment term
