We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Dentist to join the healthcare team within the Washington State Department of Social and Health Services (DSHS). The ideal candidate will provide high-quality dental care to patients in a clinical or institutional setting, ensuring their oral health needs are met with professionalism, empathy, and clinical excellence.

  • Perform dental examinations, diagnoses, and treatments for patients.Provide preventive and restorative dental care, including cleanings, fillings, extractions, and prosthetics.Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.Educate patients on oral hygiene, disease prevention, and care maintenance.Maintain accurate and timely patient records.Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.Follow infection control and safety protocols in all dental procedures.

  • DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
  • Active Washington State Dental License.
  • 3+ years of professional dental experience preferred.
  • Strong diagnostic, technical, and patient-care skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Competitive pay range: $153,000 – $182,000 annually
