About the Role

JLK Global Staffing Solutions is seeking an experienced and visionary Chief Medical Officer (CMO), Located in Medical Lake, WA, ESH provides long-term psychiatric care for adult civil, forensic, geriatric, and habilitative mental health patients.
The CMO will serve as the hospital’s senior clinical leader, guiding psychiatric and medical operations, ensuring excellence in patient care, and shaping clinical strategy in alignment with ESH’s mission.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with TJC, CMS, and Department of Health standards.
• Supervise and mentor physicians, psychiatrists, and clinical staff.
• Partner with hospital leadership to improve performance and patient outcomes.
• Oversee quality improvement, safety initiatives, and policy development.
• Promote evidence-based and patient-centered care practices.
• Uphold equity, inclusion, and trauma-informed care principles across the hospital.

Qualifications

• MD or DO with a valid Washington State medical license.
• Board Certification in General Psychiatry (ABPN).
• Minimum 5 years of medical leadership experience in a hospital or psychiatric setting.
• Strong interpersonal, leadership, and strategic decision-making skills.
