Job Summary:

We are hiring a compassionate and reliable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to support our healthcare team at the County of Mercer in Trenton, NJ. The LPN will provide direct patient care, assist RNs and physicians, and contribute to a positive patient experience in various healthcare settings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist RNs and physicians in patient care delivery.
• Monitor vital signs, administer medications, and collect lab specimens.
• Provide wound care, injections, and IV therapy support.
• Document patient records and communicate care updates to healthcare teams.
• Educate patients on managing chronic conditions and treatment adherence.

Compensation:

• Base Pay: $36.00/hr
• Evening Shift: $45.00/hr (1.25x)
• Night Shift: $43.20/hr (1.20x)
• Weekend Day: $46.80/hr (1.30x)
• Weekend Evening: $54.00/hr (1.50x)
• Weekend Night: $50.40/hr (1.40x)
• Holiday (All Shifts): $54.00/hr (1.50x)

Requirements:

• Active LPN license in New Jersey.
• CPR certification.
• Background check clearance.
• Compliance with vaccination and TB testing requirements.
