Responsibilities:
- Respond to support requests via phone, email, or chat.
- Troubleshoot basic hardware and software issues.
- Create and manage service tickets.
- Escalate complex issues to higher-level support.
- Contribute to the knowledge base and helpdesk documentation.
Requirements:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field preferred.
- 1+ year of experience in technical support.
- Strong customer service and troubleshooting skills.
