Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive IT Helpdesk Analyst to provide first-level technical support for users across the organization. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys problem-solving and helping others with their tech needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to support requests via phone, email, or chat.
  • Troubleshoot basic hardware and software issues.
  • Create and manage service tickets.
  • Escalate complex issues to higher-level support.
  • Contribute to the knowledge base and helpdesk documentation.

Requirements:

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field preferred.
  • 1+ year of experience in technical support.
  • Strong customer service and troubleshooting skills.
