Job Summary:

We are seeking skilled and compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our healthcare team at the County of Mercer in Trenton, NJ. As an RN, you will deliver exceptional patient care while collaborating with physicians, LPNs, and healthcare professionals to support patient health and recovery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct patient care including assessments, medication administration, and treatments.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement care plans.
• Monitor patient progress and document medical records accurately.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and health management.
• Respond to emergencies and provide critical care interventions as needed.

Compensation:

• Base Pay: $50.00/hr
• Evening Shift: $62.50/hr (1.25x)
• Night Shift: $60.00/hr (1.20x)
• Weekend Day: $65.00/hr (1.30x)
• Weekend Evening: $75.00/hr (1.50x)
• Weekend Night: $70.00/hr (1.40x)
• Holiday (All Shifts): $75.00/hr (1.50x)

Requirements:

• Active RN license in New Jersey.
• CPR certification.
• Background check clearance.
• Compliance with vaccination and TB testing requirements.
