Job Summary: We are hiring an Information Security Officer to oversee IT compliance, risk management, and data security protocols. The role ensures that systems and processes adhere to industry regulations and internal policies.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain IT compliance policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with internal audit, risk, and compliance teams.
- Conduct risk assessments and audits of IT systems.
- Monitor compliance across technical teams and escalate issues as needed.
- Coordinate IT responses to internal/external audits and regulatory exams.
- Promote cybersecurity awareness across the organization.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in IT security or compliance roles.
- Deep understanding of IT audit processes and regulatory frameworks (HIPAA, NIST, etc.).
- Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA preferred.
